At Maria.B. Designs (AE), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all designer tags, authenticity cards, and protective bags are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point using the provided prepaid shipping label or arrange for a scheduled pickup as per our team's instructions.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
